How do I cancel or reactivate my subscription plan?Updated 2 years ago

In order to cancel your subscription:

1. Login to your customer portal.
2. Click Subscriptions and Edit.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.

In order to reactivate your subscription: 

1. Login to your customer portal.
2. Click Subscriptions and select the subscription product.
3. Click Re-activate and confirm.
