Curalife's commitment to customer satisfaction includes a generous 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the day your order is delivered.

It’s important to ensure that any returns are initiated within this 60-day window, as we are unable to process refunds for orders that extend beyond this timeframe.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account on the Curalife website.

  2. Navigate to the "Orders" section.

  3. Find the order containing the product you wish to return.

  4. Click on the "Return Product" button next to that order.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.

To ensure eligibility for a refund, the physical bottle(s) must be sent back. Detailed steps tailored to your specific location can also be found in our Help Center.

Please note that we do not offer pre-paid return labels. However, rest assured that once we confirm the safe arrival of your returned order at our fulfillment center, we will promptly initiate a full refund.
