I live outside of the USA, Canada, or Australia; How do I return my order?Updated 9 months ago

If you have the original package the order arrived in, follow the instructions below:

1. When arriving to your post office, tell your operator this is the return of the item and show them your old envelope. 

2. Fill the CN 22 sticker form: Mark only x returned goods. Your local post office will provide you with the CN22 form.

3. Value of the package: Declare the lowest possible value. Kindly be aware that the return shipment cost may increase as you assess the package with a higher value. Please note that CuraLife does not issue return labels, so we recommend declaring the lowest possible value.

4. Description of Goods on CN 22 sticker form: Curalin. 

5. On the box: Please ensure your order number is visibly written on the front of the package. For instance: SHLV###. This order number is essential for us to associate the return with you and without it, we won't be able to process the return correctly.

In order to speed up the refund process, kindly share the tracking number of the returned order. Once we confirm the shipment's progress, we'll promptly initiate the refund for the returned bottles.
