You can check your next shipment date within going into My Account at any time. 

We will also send you a reminder email a week before your next shipment. Once your next Auto-Refill order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. 

By clicking the tracking number in the email, you can track your order and see the estimated arrival date!
