After you book, all appointment management is done online using the links sent to you.

If you need to reschedule, use the reschedule link in your confirmation or reminder email or SMS.

If you need to cancel, use the cancellation link in those same messages.

Please make any changes at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid the $75 last-minute change fee, which applies to cancellations or changes made too close to the session.
