My order arrived damaged / incomplete!Updated 4 months ago

Damaged Order:

We truly apologize for the inconvenience caused by the damaged package upon delivery. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we want to make sure you receive your order in perfect condition.

In order for us to take appropriate action, kindly provide us with a photo of the damaged package with the shipping label clearly visible via our Contact Us form. 

Once we receive this information, we will immediately open an investigation with the shipping carrier to determine what went wrong and how we can prevent this from happening again in the future.

Incomplete Order: 

Please provide us with the following information via our Contact Us form and we will make sure that you receive your order in perfect condition:

1.  Did the order arrive damaged or ripped? Please let us know so that we can notify the shipping company.

2. Please send us a photo of the received items that clearly shows the number of capsules in each bottle - whether it's 90 capsules or 180 capsules.

3. Kindly share a photo of the shipping label on the package.

We understand the inconvenience caused by this, and we want to make sure that you receive the complete order as soon as possible. Once we have received the information above, we will investigate the issue and ensure that you receive the missing items!
