The tracking says my package has been delivered but I haven't received itUpdated 4 months ago

We are very sorry to hear you did not receive your order yet. 

Our delivery partners may have delivered to an alternate entrance, building lobby, left in a safe place, or left with a neighbor by mistake. In these situations, we recommend checking these places first in order to see if they accidentally received your order.

It’s also possible that your order is still on the way but was mistakenly scanned as delivered. This is more common during the holiday season and periods of heavy shipping volume. In these cases, the order usually arrives within the next 5 business days.
